We are looking for a Consultant to join our team who will be responsible for delivering exceptional client servicing across our portfolio of accounts and for securing positive public affairs and communications outcomes on clients’ behalf. They will also support senior colleagues to drive forward the company’s growth through involvement in new business and company management activities.

- Undertaking day-to-day management of client accounts, taking responsibility for driving activity and action points forward.
- Having ongoing and regular dialogue with clients, ensuring their demands are understood and met to a high standard.
- Supporting senior colleagues to deliver the smooth running of our accounts, including acting as the point-person for everyday client activity.
- Working closely with our team of Researchers to produce timely, well-written and well-presented content.
- Deploying strong policy knowledge in one or more of our priority subject areas, as outlined on our website.
- Building your own networks, in pursuit of both our clients’ objectives and helping Henham grow as a business.
- Contributing to Henham’s growth by supporting new business activity, including following up on leads, conducting research, drafting proposals, developing slide decks, and participating in presentations.
- Supporting the personal development and growth of junior colleagues in the business, including line management.

Skills and Qualifications  
- At least three years of relevant experience, ideally some agency and/or comms experience, perhaps combined with time in   Parliament, in-house, a think-tank, or in Government.  
- Client-centric in approach, enjoying working in a client-facing role and rolling their sleeves up.
- Always showing proactivity, taking the initiative and bringing new ideas to the table.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to ensure client outputs are conducted to time and to the highest standards.
- Ambitious, motivated, and wanting to grow as an individual whilst playing a full part in the growth of the business.
- Connections and networks that help support Henham’s work and an ambition to build and expand those links.

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum
